Title: Thirty Third Sunday Year C

WEB: VOL 11

33rd sunday in ordinary time
NOVEMBER 18, 2007

Malachi 3:19-20     [The Sun of Justice]

The time of Judgement is coming. For the faithful it will be a day of Glory.

Responsorial:  Psalm  98          [Rule with Justice]
R:- The Lord comes to rule the Earth with Justice.

2 Thessalonians 3: 7-12      [Models for imitation]

We must all work together and cooperate with one another. No one can sit back and enjoy the fruits of another's labor.

 Luke 21: 5 - 19        [Salvation in Christ]

Nothing in this World will last forever and we can be sure of trials and tribulations. But if we put our trust and hope in Christ, we will find life.

THANKSGIVING  DINNER:-

For some Years now, St. Edward's Faith community have reached out to those in need during the Thanksgiving Celebrations. We try to give our Brothers and Sisters a Thanksgiving Celebration atmosphere. Please join us in making this one the best one. You can offer your time. We will have two sessions 1. 9:00 a.m to 12 noon; 2. 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. There will be cooking or warming the food, the welcoming and the distribution of the food as those in need come in and sit (a restaurant like service).

Secondly you can offer food items, Turkey, Ham, or whatever kind of food that will make someone feel it is truly thanksgiving.

Thank you and Thank you million times.

Fr. Shao
