PIRE

I’m sure many of you have heard about some of the very tragic fires in Baltimore City in recent months. The   Archdiocese of Baltimore has partnered with a local non-profit, PIRE, to study the best way to improve fire safety.  PIRE is offering to install free smoke alarms or smoke alarm batteries, and if needed free stairway lights, in your home and will be giving you additional safety information.  There is no charge.  After Mass on January 12 and 13 2008, please see Tarik and Tabatha from PIRE to make an appointment to get your free alarms or to learn more about the study.  They will ask you a few questions at the time of installation and again nine months later.  Don’t miss this opportunity to protect your family and your home.
