JESUS IS THE GOOD SHEPHERD - WORLD DAY OF PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS

Peter states that Jesus is the Messiah who was crucified, Peter admonishes the people to reform and be baptized to receive the Holy Spirit.

The Lord is My shepherd; there is nothing I shall want.

  1 Peter 2:20b - 25         [ Christ Our Savior]

Jesus gave an example. He suffered for us. He did no wrong; he did not answer with insults or threats. He died for our sins. By his wounds we are healed.

ACCLAMATION:- Alleluia, Alleluia.   I am the good Shepherd, says the Lord; I know my sheep, and mine know me. Alleluia, Alleluia
